Morning & Evening Routine

Routines enable you to practice several Plan Strategies at once in a daily ritual. 

Once you add practices to your Morning or Evening Routine, the VIVID app will remind you at your set time to practice your routine and will show the Plan Strategies to you one by one.

Morning & Evening Routine practices should be treated as rituals: They should be given our full attention, occur in fixed times, and potentially should include additional tools that "boost" our wellbeing, satisfaction and happiness (such as breathing, meditation, gratitude exercises, and so on)
