New Role: Part Time Deputy for Tal Ben-Shahar

Founded by Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, VIVID's platform offers wellbeing professionals (speakers, facilitators, teachers, influencers) the ability to provide their audience and clients with a link or QR code to immediately implement the wellbeing professional’s advice in their daily lives.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

VIVID's founder, Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar, is looking to hire someone part time to act as his deputy. In this role, you would construct VIVID implementation plans from Tal's materials and helping him execute content projects for the startup in line with his brand.

Tal’s content reaches hundreds of thousands of people per year, from lectures with hundreds of listeners, to the most popular podcasts, and academic courses full of professionals who incorporate his ideas into their work.

Your work would positively impact people's lives, and you would also monitor the success of Tal's VIVID plans in order to improve them over time. 

To start out, the role will be 7-10 hours a week, with the opportunity to grow and take over more projects.  

What you’ll do

  • Work directly with Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar to create VIVID implementation plans based on his new and existing content.
  • Coordinate between Tal and VIVID's small, awesome, impact-oriented team (who you're optionally welcome to work with in our offices in the Bursa area of Ramat Gan).
  • Collaborate with top wellbeing professionals and lecturers.
  • Take part in shaping important projects within VIVID using Tal's work.

What Tal is looking for

Necessary qualifications:

  • Native level of written and spoken English.
  • Have a bachelor's degree, preferably with a specialization in psychology. Master's degree is a plus.
  • VIVID is operating in a fast-growing environment and a flat organizational structure. This necessitates an open mind as well as the ability to adapt, shift gears, and thrive in the face of new challenges.
