Having distress is like having a broken leg. While you’re getting better from a broken leg, would you expect that you could run? Well, the same is true for when you have distress. We’d like you to not push yourself too much while you’re getting better. While you work on feeling better, are there any family or friends who can assist you in completing daily chores? Are there any decisions that you can postpone until you feel better? Is there someone you can talk to for comfort?
