How can I sign out of my account?

How can I pause a plan?
  • Open VIVID and click on the home icon 🏠 in the menu bar on the bottom of the screen to navigate to “My Plans”
  • On the “My Plans” screen, click on the name of the plan you’d like to remove
  • On the next screen, Plan Details, click on the three dots in the top right corner
  • A pop-up menu will appear. Click “Pause plan”. You won't receive any more notifications for this plan.

If you'd like to practice this plan again, you can:

  • Find the plan in the home tab (🏠), under "paused plans"
  • Repeat the same process as above, but instead of pressing "Pause plan", press "Resume plan"
How can I remove a practice, without removing the rest of the plan?
